It’s that time of year again folks! The Pan African Film and Arts Festival will take place at the Rave Baldwin Hills Theatre from February 7th through February 18th. Support this annual event that brings us the best in independent short and feature film releases from the Black perspective across the diaspora. Be sure to support the Arts festival that takes place during the same time at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza.
In addition to the regular film festival, PAFF offers special events for community residents, including their Children’s Fest and Senior Connections events. Also, teachers looking for a great cultural field trip that is free should register for StudentFest! Spend a day with your students at the movies as StudentFest pulls together the best student-friendly films from across the diaspora and showcases them for elementary school aged children through high school. Join me and take a day and support PAFF this year!
See you there!
