It’s that time of year again folks! The Pan African Film and Arts Festival will take place at the Culver Theatre Plaza from February 16th through February 21st. Support this annual event that brings us the best in independent short and feature film releases from the Black perspective across the diaspora. Be sure to support the Arts festival that takes place during the same time at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza.
