I just find it so heartwarming to hear a grown child ( both yourself and my own boys ) acknowledge in writing that you truly understand all that was willingly sacrificed for our children. My most favorite ever gift was a letter that my then 24 year old son gave me for my Christmas present letting me know how much he appreciated all that I did for him without the help of my husband ( now ex ).
