I tell you I enjoyed this segment. It’s nice to see that we, the ladies of WPOV aren’t the only ones who go off the rails. I must admit that I’ve known plenty of men who have had an awesome relationships with their mothers and were not good partners. I’ve never felt this was a good indicator of how one would treat a woman. I’ve also encountered men who have had less than savory relationships with their mothers and have been amazing spouses. I honestly think situations like this should be looked at on a case by case situation. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to hearing more!

I LOVED this conversation. I agree that black women have not been portrayed correctly in entertainment and the news. It’s rare, if ever, that I see women like my wife, sister, mother, cousins, friends, co-workers on the big or small screen. It’s needed, and I guarantee you the person or people that figure that out, will have a huge success on their hands.

I’ve been a fan of the Brothers Lehman for a while, and I love what the Black Is Network is doing. Keep up the great work!
